John Collins, who wasn't a bad player, sums it up quite well.....
"Some managers, you look at him and you say he’s got talent, can I put that desire and that work ethic into him and turn him into a top player, but it’s difficult to give players that desire. When I watch him sometimes he doesn’t really want the ball all the time.
He’s talented, he’s got skill, he can beat a man and he can shoot but end product – 21 goals in 150 matches – I don’t think it’s a great figure.
Sometimes he doesn’t run, work and sweat enough for the team when you watch him.”
I have expressed my thoughts on the Barkley situation very clearly, not just the opinions of others, maybe you have missed them dear
As for the point you are trying to make, there does seem to be a common theme amongst certain posters who thrive on using anything negative to have a go at our manager as they have repeatedly told us how much they dislike him, so I have commented on it as I find that very strange for grown ups, it's really not that hard to fathom.
Doesn't really address my point that the bias and ott stuff goes on the opposite side too
But you just seem to spot the stuff from people who disagree with your viewpoint
I just found it really curious and inexplicable, so I thought I'd raise it with you Tommo
Cheers. coyb
It's a forum mate, for debating apparently. When you weigh that up it really isn't that strange.
I also agree with people and comment on that as well, but OK, maybe you haven't seen those posts, I will put it down to that.
If we didn't interact with others we would all be chatting to ourselves.
Barkley leaving EVERTON has nothing to do with football. It has nothing to do with his relationship with Ronald. Its not even about other clubs wanting him.Work it out for yourselves, its not difficult
But obviously Koeman fault? You'd have him offer Barkley more money when he continually states he stays out of the financial side of the club? Or would you have him putting Barkley first on the team sheet even when he performs as he did at Arsenal? He's gone now. It's over. We'll next see RB at Wembley in a Spurs shirt.
23 years old and his best years ahead of him which should have been here but now isn't.
It's outrageous.
Way too obvious for some on the forum. He was offered a new improved contract, that a funny thing to offer someone you don't get on with.
