Strikers are confidence players.... The lad played his first full game tonight.. New club ..new challenge......give him time to settle and get the fans on side and he will be fine...... Vault me..... He's obvs wants to impress but sometimes a bit of time will help a player to settle.....get behind the lid for a few games.

Of course we can mate. Just did a quick estimate - in a "proper" league, he has a 1 in 4 record with well over 100 league games played.

Victor when fit gives us some strength upfront and he can hold the ball up and he scored well for us last season! He would have upset that WBA defence on Sat if fit!

Not gonna have this debate mate but I just think if he was good enough he would have made a real impact by now.... He's ad plenty of chances.... He's not a bad player but I think he's better suited to a championship team.... But that's just my opinion .
 
I hate all this give him time attitude, I wont give him time, ive watched him a few times and bar 5seconds versus us once hes always looked utterly terrible.

Same for Victor, hes probably had 5minutes total of good play his whole career, the only 1 of our strikers who ive seen look remotely like hes got talent for goal scoring is Jela.




No but honestly, hes not very good as it stands today, but clearly its better to judge the lid after 6months or so.
 

if we go 442 and play Kone with a partner like Mirallas with the likes of Deulofeu and Pienaar on the wings we are sorted. Martinez should go for it at Cardiff. Mirallas is a goalscorer and should be played up top.
