if we go 442 and play Kone with a partner like Mirallas with the likes of Deulofeu and Pienaar on the wings we are sorted. Martinez should go for it at Cardiff. Mirallas is a goalscorer and should be played up top.

We'd get smashed into pieces, you don't go to a house like Cardiff and try stuff like that.

Would love to see Big Vic play, Mark Hudson/Ben Turner are crap when they have someone standing on their toes.

Judging by today, I wouldn't want us to be relying on his finishing but I do see a role for him in a wider area. I noticed when he came on v West Brom he looked more like he was going to create something than go and score himself.

I have been saying this for ages, I don't see what he offers that we didn't already have. Vic is actually harder working than him IMO. Had £20 on at the start of the season with my arl fella that he wouldn't get past 12 goals, he might as well pay me now.

You can't write him off after 1 game. Ffs Yet jelavic who's been terrible for something like 30 games people still think he'll come good! I thought everything about his game was pretty good apart from his finishing. He's still in pre season mode, getting match fit/sharp and needs to be given a little time.

Still IMO Kone and Vic are 2nd/3rd choice strikers and we need a main man to replace jelavic. Demba ba even just on loan would be great!
