Well this proves that Kone is a terrible signing and he will never be fit enough to play. Will leave on free transfer at the end of next season.

If we are still relying of the likes of Kone, Naismith and McGeady at the end of next year we are going nowhere...

When we signed him he was 29. £5m flash down the toilet, this got to be the worst signing of the decade. We just lose £5m without seeing him kicking the ball properly. I hate to say this but someone believed Kone would score more than Bony this is just ridiculously wrong.

I said it somewhere earlier and got bagged by some...to me he was a panic buy by a Manager that goes to a new, bigger club....a la Fellaini for Moyes....that aside, shame he had been injured so badly to at least have the opportunity to prove many wrong.

Sorry, but this is nonsense HE IS INJURED FFS

He is a striker with a 1 in 2 record including 11 for a crap (very)wigan side.

Everyone on here blurting about how crap he is and not good enough are basing it on the fact that he has never even played more than 2 games in a row for his new club.

5mil, hardly the worst gamble in the history of the game.

29 - Eto'oo0o is 34 and cost similar.

He does not have a 1 in 2 record, Eto'o plays games and actually sticks that round thing in the net.

Stop talking nonsense, Kone is an awful signing due to his injury alone. Lets not bring up his horror show against Stevenage again please.
 

Imagine if somebody actually bought him of us at the end of the season, I reckon Rodgers would fancy him we just need to get him to play one or two games have half a chance and before you know it Rodgers will be all over him! Sturridge and Kone = SAK
 
Of course it's been a terrible signing and a waste of money so far, but why are some people acting as if Kone or Martinez can help him getting injured?

If he's finished we'll cash in an insurance policy on him so it wouldn't be a complete write off.
