What does any of that have to do with current events though? What do you have to say about my point? You can't use past actions to condemn the majority of fans who have been well-behaved.

Did you read my post? I'm not saying it is, however you have to accept that people are happy to see your club finally under pressure from the media at large, as well as fans of other clubs finding your clubs and supporters behaviour appalling.
In that case.
Whats it like supporting a team thats NEVER won a League Title?
Everton threw bananas at John Barnes in the 80s, and that should always be brought up whenever possible otherwise Everton have never won anything either. Same logic.
Even if it's justified, that is by definition bitter and surely you can see why it's annoying having people such as yourselves determined to put a negative reputation on the majority of the decent fans by taking the actions of minorities and blowing it out of all proportion.

I don’t feel jealous or bitter.
She wept bitter tears of self-reproach.
Dont know about anyone else, but Antonio's reasoned arguments are swaying me toward seeing things his way. I retract all I've said in the thread.
I see now that it's Everton with the racist problem and not Liverpool. That Everton fans were responsible for football disasters in the 1980s. That Luis Suarez only said to Evra "alright lid". That Kenny Dalglish was forced to send his players out at Wigan in pro-racist t-shirts by Nick Griffin. And that the Bilderberg Group and the Skull and Crossbones Society have Liverpool Football Club in their crosshairs...along with FIFA, UEFA, the FA and quite probably NATO.
Your work here is finished AB.

I've never claimed Everton have been treated unjustly, more that Liverpool have been treated over-generously by the country and the FA at large, that isn't bitterness. If anything Liverpool are bitter about their treatment at the hands of the FA regarding the Suarez incident.
No, you resent Liverpool because of bad experiences with regards to them, even if they are long gone: Bitter.

"always the victim, never to blame"
They never admit to anything. They went mad at Suarez for letting slip to Uruguyan reporters that he actually did say Negro and that did for him in the end. You could almost hear the Kopites screaming at the time: "No Luis. Keep ****ing schtum lid. It's the Libpool Way".
