He's been dying to play for Chelsea since he was in France. I can't blame him. But it's been a few years now and it's not happened. If he has a good season here, it's time to consider moving on.

He's been dying to play for Chelsea since he was in France. I can't blame him. But it's been a few years now and it's not happened. If he has a good season here, it's time to consider moving on.
