1) Yes but I think they'll get it worked out. As much as they hate to admit it, both sides need each other in the worst way.

2) If they went on strike, Landon wouldn't stay with Everton. He'd go home. That wouldn't look good at all as he'd be dropping all of his MLS mates in the grease and looked at as "biting the hand that fed him."

3) The only excuse to stay would be national teamers staying fit for the World Cup. I don't think that would fly.
 
Of course as things stand he is here with us for 10 weeks only, but anything could happen between now till the end of the month?

I certainly think we need him and if he is going to cost 10M or even 15M, he certainly worth it but the problem is we don't have the money now to buy him, but in the summer we might do and it would be the only business we are doing if it happen.
 

Given he's used to playing in good weather, I was worried he wouldn't cope with the rigours of an extremely cold British winter, but great credit to him, the blizzards didn't affect him at all today. Well done Landon and hopefully we'll see much more where that came from!
 
He said he prefers to play in the cold, it's easier to run, whereas the hot weather can really drain you. Especially someone like him who plays a high tempo game.

Good performance from Landon, he does look like Osman with pace, and that's not a bad thing. Nice footwork, hardworking and his pace was refreshing to see, considering we haven't had it for about 100 years. Hopefully he can build on it.

Na, you miss one things about Donovan he's got more strength than Osman as well.

I am starting to look forward to the second half of the season, if we keep on playing like this, I am confident enough that we could win our next 3 league matches.

Just too excited, and yes it is only one game but still it's not against any team but it was against Arsenal.

Just the excitment, but certainly looking good we could make a better judgement once he has played couple more games, with 4 more games coming up this month, we should see if he could do it on a regular bases?

Yes you guys are having a bad winter by your standards, but we still occasionally get a bit of chilly weather in the US. I am quite sure this isn't alien to him.

True, but MLS doesn't play during winter. That was kinda part of my point.
