Have you seen Room 237?You know what, I`ve never thought about the cupboard scene before.
I`ll save that one for next time
* That`s one of the reasons why I love the film so much, there`s so much going on.

Hold The Dark on Netflix.
I imagine a lot of people will hate this movie. Slow, dull, confusing.
But gotta say I quite liked it - moody tone, beautifully shot and well acted although very different and not nearly as good as the directors previous 2 films - Blue Ruin and Green Room.
Easily the worst film of the year.
Finally got round to Sicario. Well made and massively depressing ending.
The incursion scenes into Mexico were amazing for sheer scale of movement.
Was disappointed by Sicario I must say. Probably had too much hype going in.
Dawn of the dead original 78 version.
Can watch it again and again.
Terrific score ..buzzing electronic to zany mall muziak.
The acting is actually pretty good except for flyboys "Whoooooooooopy" in the sliding door area...truly uncomfortable viewing.
More social commentary than horror but this is a terrific film that stands the test of time.
9/10
Yes brilliant era for sci-fi and horror, Forbidden Planet cracking film with would you believe a young Leslie Nielson of Airplane fame in a leading role. The Day the Earth stood Still, Night of the Demon, The original Thing ala The Thing from another World and Invasion of the Bodysnatchers. Bit of a oldie film buff myself![]()
Anything with creepy children give me the willies.add Village of the Damned, The Haunting, Psycho and loads of Twilight Zones.
late-50's/early-60's had fantastic sci-fi/horror ideas.
I have never heard of that one, i will deffo give it a whirl...if I can find it ?? Do you know where it could be watchable from mate ???Superb film mate, one of my favourites. If you get a chance, watch the Living Dead at Manchester Morgue (1974). One of my all time favourites, less humour than Dawn of the dead which nailed it but still a quality zombie film
