I thought the first hour was quite slow then next 2 hours full of action , loved it .
Went to see Knives Out last night , I thought Daniel Craig's southern drawl would annoy the hell out of me .... it didn't

Great film and I watched the remake awful which came as a shock with Denzel in it.

It was quite poor,the characters just didnt have the same "character" as the original and the story seemed to kind of drift of every now and then,the original you sort of felt for the 7 in the remake you didnt really care what happened to them

Watch it and enjoy, its one of the last classic hollywood westerns and a good example of what it is...plus Bernstein
Then watch Kurosawa's Seven Samurai which is the darker source for the film.
This is a 'kin Masterpiece.
Went to my local cinema today, bought 3 tickets for frozen 2 and 1 for Ford Vs Ferrari
I thought it was good, but I liked top gears star in a reasonably priced car
Matt Damon doing his tommy lee jones thing
And Christian Bale - was excellent.
His accent initially started out in Sydney, quickly migrated to leeds but mostly settled down to a generic light black country - which I later found out was where Ken Miles (the driver) was from...so well in there Balesy and the voice coach.

Neeson is great here (for the most part) and his daughter is tolerable. The action scenes are also good. The other characters tho, god I hated them (especially the wife). And the acting of the minor characters is pathetic. But they’re just that, minor. It’s Neeson and the action that’s important here and it delivers. 7/10
