Last Film You Watched

I don't think he burned them because when his mother asked he said he couldn't do it and he had put them in his loft .I agree Spall played Fagin well also .I have liked him since Aufwiedersehen Pet.
Found this ,you can read it just ignore them!!
He was very good as JMW Turner as well.

Lay up with shingles so watching all the guff sky has to offer.

The kid who would be king , terrible and wanted to beat the kid who played Merlin to death everytime he did his stupid magic hand claps.

The old man & the gun, with Robert Redford was ok pasted an hour and half. Not Brillant not terrible

Avengers End game, never watched any of these films before they just dont appeal to me think their a nonsense. Put it on didnt know who anybody was or what they where doing. Each to their own I suppose.

Bumblebee, again not something I'd normally watch but found it mildly enjoyable.

The Favourite

Really like a couple of Yorgos Lanthimos films and given the reviews was looking forward to this but it never got it's claws into me. Everything's done really well and sharp but I just didn't find it engaging. Every conversation felt like it was there to feed the forthcoming witty and barbed riposte rather than an actual conversation.
I thought the same. The Killing of a Sacred Deer was much better, but got far less praise.

I really enjoyed it. Quite a slow film but worth a watch for Redford having his final flourish at being very, very Redford-y.

Probably not the one to start with really. Definitely not one to come into with no knowledge of the previous films.

Yeh the old man & the gun I enjoyed the most. Tbh film's like the avengers aren't really my thing I find them a bit wwe. I seen it was 3hrs long so I put it on to waste as much time as possible. My hip is really sore as I've shingles on my side, so I im just laying up on sofa and needed to eat into as much time as possible.

Three Colours trilogy is on Mubi so will go through them again.

My favourite:

I can see why this is rated the best and it has some of my favourite shots but I prefer Blue as a film.

Swiss family Robinson on the box now, would never get away with it these days. They’re having a race around the island, one kids riding an elephant another a zebra, one on a ostrich and a monkey riding a Great Dane, ooh er missus haha
