Game Night. Fairly decent and easy to watch comedy. Runs out of steam a bit towards the end as most do.

Contender for most pointless and boring movie of the year. I actually got angry with myself for sticking with it in the forlorn hope it would get better.
That's the last film I watched. I never tire of watching it and am always sure Doc won't get the plug back in on time!Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads
Brilliant film. Highly recommendedAlso how are people watching Parasite? I thought it wasn’t out till next year?
Don't think Curzon would dub it mate.Yeh who knows. Problem is I want to wait till February to watch it on the big screen but I’m scared it’ll be a dubbed version which just sucks.
Mentioned the same film earlier,a couple of funny moments, though as you say an excellent cast and fine performances all round kept me watching.Death of Stalin, it was just ok, kept me engrossed - because of the fine performances mainly. I didn’t find it particularly funny and it probably doesn’t do justice to just how absurd the Soviet was at this point in time.
Special mention to Jason Isaacs - stood out amongst some fine actors
Great synopsis, I watched in on a aeroplane so at least I was only filling time.Ad Astra. They should have called it Brad Pitt Pointlessly Goes Into Space to Find Tommy Lee Jones And He Has to Come Back Because Tommy Lee Jones Doesn't Want to Come Back With Him.
As you say the title would be as far as I would go.Great synopsis, I watched in on a aeroplane so at least I was only filling time.
It was not as horrible as the new HellBoy, completely nonsensical plot.
My winner for worst film I saw this year - I should have know by the title. It did that horrible thing of being bad, but giving you hope it might get better and then to add insult to injury just as you've committed to seeing it through to the end it gets worse. The second part of the film relating to the killing of bigfoot (and why it needs to be killed , and why it needs to be Sam Elliott, to add insult to injury the portrayal of bigfoot is tragic) make the killing of Hitler look a cinematic masterpiece worthy of Oscar nomination.
