Last Film You Watched

"Into the wild" not often I say it about a film but it was beautiful, 2+ hours flew by watching a movie with no real action in it,definitely worth a couple of hours of your time

The ending was heartbreaking.

I was working in Denali National Park, about 12 miles from that bus the summer he died. I recall the newspapers (Fairbanks and Anchorage) going wild with the news, and the letters to the editor section were full of judgmental opinions that would put the CA forum to shame. We hiked out to the bus a few times, it was in Healy, the nearest town to the park.

In any case, both the film and the book are terrific. Very touching stuff.
Thought you were talking about the film with Harrison Ford and the dog at first. Quickly realised my error when I went on IMDB!! :D :D

Is this the one on Netflix that is suffixed ‘Luke in Canada’?

As an aside, can I ask you lovely people that when you reference a film that you let us know where you viewed it, e.g. BBC, Sky, Netflix, Prime.

It`s just popped up on Netflix mate, but has been shown on regular telly a few times over the years.

It`s the story of Christopher McCandless, who decides to live without any money.

Gonna give the Snyder cut a go tonight. 4 hours of superhero goodness.
Watched the first hour and a quarter before the football and I'm not impressed so far. I'm not particularly hopeful for the rest as the fundamental issues will still be present no matter how much colour grading and changing aspect ratio you do.
