Last Film You Watched

You’ve just saved me a few quid :) , I was all set to go this Monday but changed my mind and thought I’d go next week.
haha it is worth a watch, dont let me put you off, one thing that is a major plus is the sound is great as its that surround thing that comes out from different sides, wouldnt get that on a TV, not with my set up anyway

Watched A Quiet Place II the other day. I liked the first one, but might have gotten lucky with a very very quiet crowd in the theater. Made a world of difference. This one I saw at home and while I enjoyed it, it wsan't nearly as cool an experience. Worth the money though.

*tiny spoiler alert*
They probably should have filmed it at same time as the first one though. One of the kiddos looked about twice as old as in the first one lol

I asked the wife had the kid aged 10 years. Was decent enough though.

rewatched Zodiac crazy he was never caught, doubt he'd get away with it these days with the DNA testing etc but man he made police look stupid.

I also noticed a little ode to GOT there @Groucho is that where you got 'I am not Paul Avery' from?
See if you can find a TV series called Zodiac Case Closed.
The film is based on the book, it's a great film, but it's the tip of the iceberg on the case

Chernobyl 86 ( Netflix / subs )

Russian made dramatisation of the Chernobyl disaster.

Not as bad as the reviews made out ( imo )

Follows a lead fireman and the management team of the power plant, as they try to stop the reactor going into a full meltdown.

It doesn`t go into the causes or the politics surrounding the disaster, but at the same time, the film doesn`t do a " whitewash " on the events either.

Surprisingly well acted, quite slow in parts, but showcases the incredible sacrifice and bravery of the fire crews and certain individuals in averting a global disaster.

Watches very much like a BBC 4 film, which is no bad thing.
