Added to watchlist!
Space Cop? it's actually terrible, but made by the lovable youtube-based film critics, Redlettermedia (famous for their lengthy critiques of the prequels).

OWK = Obi-Wan Kenobi.
aah...not seen any of the SW TV-series...would you recommend?

Couldn’t agree more about the remastered versions. It’s the Han/Greedo scene that does my box in most. Han was always supposed to be the reformed scoundrel; the “Greedo shot first” angle takes that away.
that one too. even the Death Star explosions look worse in the Lucas re-edits...no need for that huge ring-effect lol

we recently watched that Despecialized trilogy on the home-projector (massive 3x2m image) with big booming speakers. What a rush! Makes a huge difference not having those awful added-in scenes there. You can just lose yourself in that world and its story. Disney would make a killing selling official blu-rays of the original originals...no idea why that hasn't happened yet.

Zardoz (1974)

Sean Connery bouncing around the 23rd Century in a red nappy while an assortment of English/Irish thespian types muse on the human condition, savagery, justice, science, exploitation, sex and power structures.

Art-house / sci-fi which belies it's intelligent facade by bending over backwards to get a shot of bare breasts every 5 minutes for no particular reason. Manages to be insanely entertaining, quite dull at times, interesting yet also hugely flawed. Creative and ambitious though so it get's a thumbs up from me. I think the director/writer puts it best though.

"Um, it was The '70s, and I was doing a lot of drugs. Frankly, even I'm not entirely sure what parts of the movie are about."

Never seen this film but just reminds me of Max and Paddy in Phoenix Nights discussing it "is that the weird one where he gets his nob out?"
