Woman gets kidnapped, escapes and is pursued through the wilderness by her kidnapper. Stripped down minimalist cat and mouse thriller and only around the 90-100 minute mark. Well worth a watch.

Watching Blade Runner 2049 tonight and Dune tomorrow night

Well, you have started with two outstanding films there tbf.

Prey is awesome, not as good as your first two, but well worth a watch.

How about The Untouchables, Unforgiven, Goodfellas, Alien, Joker - some excellent films there of different genres.

If you like war films, The 12th Man is OUTSTANDING!

Really excited to watch Prey, great to read so many good things about it

Just watched it.

It`s superb and never ever, did I think they`d take it in this direction. They`ve well and truly breathed new life into it.

The young girl in the lead is a star in the making.

Two complaints from me :

It should`ve been on the cinema, as it`s just too good and the wonderful cinematography and setting is wasted by streaming it.

It`s too short, could`ve done with another twenty minutes, to take it to the two hour mark.

Lacks the black humour and the personalities of the first, but a really good 9/10 from me.

It deserves all the praise it`s getting and the writers deserve a lot of credit, for taking it in the direction they did.

Should`ve been on the big screen 100% though.
