I know it's the wrong thread but I've literally just finished Love/Hate. A truly brilliant ending in keeping with the rest of the series.

Apparently, originally there were no plans to do a sixth series, but it`s been such a slow burner, word of mouth success, outside of Ireland, that there`s a sixth in the pipeline. ( based around Patrick )
It`s as good as any modern gang crime series, that`s ever been done - the Wire, Gomorrah, Top Boy etc.
Not one character, except maybe Tommy, is actually a decent human being, but you somehow, you really root for them - even the pyscho, King Nidge !!!!

I was hanging out with my cousin one Saturday afternoon and we decided to give it a go.
We got up to the scene where they're watching the film where the lady is giving birth... You know which scene I'm talking about.
I then proceeded to turn the movie off. My cousin and I just looked at each other and without uttering a single word, he just left and went home... I went to my bedroom and called it a day.
Funny enough, I dreamt I met Mr. Redford the other night.
You got to watch this and Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid together!

I'd go see it first then ask, you will always find someone who hates a film whose negative view can put you off seeing something you might like they don't.
