Last Film You Watched

Lawrence of Arabia
A long one, but it didn't feel like 4 hours as it was quite well paced. Cinematography was stunning. Tired of the expression, but this truly is an epic. It's also got a very memorable score. I'm sure I've heard it before, even if I've never seen a second of the movie until tonight. 8/10

Watched The Castle, apparently an Australian fixture. My sister insisted we watch it. A funny, heartwarming film set in Australia that had me in pain laughing at certain points

Also watched Dungeons and Dragons on the flight over. Basically a heist film set in D&D universe with Chris Pine and Michelle Rodriguez as leads. I absolutely loved it and would strongly recommend despite my low expectations going in

Over the last week, I’ve been doing a little Halloween marathon. Watching them all from the oldest to the latest one.
The older ones are much more scary than the latest ones, just finished watching insidious: red door, nothing special again.

Anyone recommend a really good horror film? The newer ones just don’t cut it.

Sinister was the last modern one that did it for me.

Bone Tomahawk would be my pick though.

There was a hearty recommendation for a film called 'Life' from 2017 recently, supposed to be a stormer.
