If you're on a JCVD kick then I heartily endorse your selection of Time Cop. JCVD performs perhaps his finest ever splits, there's a henchman with a mullet that cannot be beaten and some terrific crap 90s CGI.

Cyborg is terrific. Post apocalyptic dystopian nonsense with Van Damme playing Gibson Rickenbacker up against a baddie called Fender Tremelo.
Double Impact gets you twice the JCVD as he plays twins. Also get to see Bolo "Chong Li" Yeung again.
Hard Target - John Woo's US debut directing a heavily mulleted JCVD plus Lance Henriksen. Also has Wilford Brimley doing a Cajun accent.

And then Universal Soldier obviously. Co-starring peak Dolph Lundgren.

Street Fighter is an absolute car-crash though.

I mean they will be but it’s not as simple as just shutting the site down. It just pops back up again with a new web address.

things like this are hidden in about 20 different countries with about 100 different servers, they need to know the country it is actually set up in - which is quite difficult. it's not really worth the hassle most of the time

I`m reliably informed, that the servers are based in a block of maisonettes in Norris Green, hence why they`re generally left alone.
