People that have watched The Flower Moon thingy, is it worth the 64 hour run time?
I keep putting it off, but I have a spare 9million hours later.
Heard nothing about this till I saw the trailer and it looks great.Just got back for Poor Things
Very very good.
A great cast with Emma Stone, Williem Dafoe but Mark Ruffalo is SPECTACULAR.
It's a very strange coming of age film with a lot of sex, comedy and weird story.
Didnt he do sideways also? Am excellent film, in my opinionThe Holdovers - an exclusive boarding school in New England, 1971, kids and misanthropic classics teacher who can't go home for Christmas.
It's that rarest of movies, one that you fall in love with as you are watching it. Paul Giamatti headlines a cast that deliver convincing performances, from the first moment you feel like you're watching a movie from 1971 rather than just set then.
The director, Alexander Payne, has made other stuff that I enjoyed, but wouldn't necessarily watch twice - About Schmidt the one that springs to mind - but I loved this. Trademark bittersweet feel throughout, but the cast elevates it.
I started watching it, but I got 30 minutes in and I couldnt find any subs for the Osage bits and I bailed it.It was fantastic I thought. Acting suburb and pacing was fine. It could have survived a trim without too much of an impact in truth. Heard one fella snoring behind me.
I enjoyed the Favourite mostly but then I thought it's drifted off.Heard nothing about this till I saw the trailer and it looks great.
Usually like a bit of Yorgos Lanthimos but The Favourite left me a bit cold.
Didnt he do sideways also? Am excellent film, in my opinion

Mark Ruffalo, if this doesn't make you throw your pans in the bin, nothing will
True story by all accounts.
Compelling stuff...

I thought it was crap .
Touched me this, without going into reasons - because spoilers - I would recommend it as an easy Sunday movie with a decent feelgood ending.Miracle club.
Mild comedy about a group of ladies going on a church trip to lourdes .
Cathy Bates,Maggie Smith ect well acted
Might be more for the ladies
,I enjoyed it with coming from a Catholic background.
Had a certain charm.about it.
The Favourite was a nearly flawless filmI enjoyed the Favourite mostly but then I thought it's drifted off.
This is start to finish weird and very good.
You will be quoting Ruffalo all week too, such a funny character
