I like Harris but Tolkan played the initial antagonist better.

Couple of slices of the first one, bit of 'heartbreak ridge', very specific nod to a lot of nam films, pinch of tron:legacy, so-so for 40 minutes. Reminders of what Meg Ryan used to look like are actually a little bit sad.

Star Wars Solo moment in the death star trench. Recognised a couple of Tony Scott shots. 96% RT seems a bit high. I'm sure there's more.

Just finished dune 2

I enjoyed it, there are parts in the first film that I think I preferred but the second film was still very enjoyable.

The ending suggests a part 3 is coming though which is great but I thought this was always meant to be a twofer not a trilogy.

"In memory of Tony Scott" tut, of course. There I was thinking I was cutting edge seeing a few 'crimson tide' aspects.

Just watched Top Gun Maverick for about the 15th time…. NEA … it’s a great film

The Batman; never got around simply because of the 3hr run time.

It was ok, liked the riddler and the whole Batman being a detective. But felt like a lot could have been cut out.

Not as good as any of dark knight movies
