The Joker might take the role as the worst film I've ever seen at the cinema, beating Avatar.

I was embarrassed that I spent money on it, it was absolutely terrible. My dad wanted to see it and I thought I'd be nice

Deffo only been to the flicks 6 times you. And 4 of those times for a silent Swedish film about grief.

I used to go near enough weekly but I don't think I've had the chance in the last 4 years or so since having a kid

And yes, I think I saw 'A Pigeon Sat on a Branch Reflecting on Existence' at the cinema so you sadly might be right

I've mentioned this film before on GOT, but get on 'margin call', it's wild how big banks play with mortgages like a fruit machine. I found it on Amazon.

Lot of crossover with The Big Short, which tends to be better known. That is a great film, but scarier than most horror movies! Been meaning to watch Margin Call for ages, but just put an offer in on a flat, so might leave it for a while!

The Substance. Loved it! One of the best body horror movies of recent times. It will definitely be too much for some though

Couple of movies watched this week.

Don’t Move. Sort of a high concept kidnap/thriller. A decent idea, but just didn’t connect with me at all. Dunno if it was the performances or pacing, but I was incredibly bored throughout.

Azrael - A dialogue-free horror set in the aftermath of the rapture. Written by Simon Barrett who wrote The Guest and You’re Next. Did a decent job of telling a story visually, and some proper gore at times, but defo not for everyone.

The Substance. Loved it! One of the best body horror movies of recent times. It will definitely be too much for some though
