Joker: Folie à Deux - Not the outrageous catastrophe that some are making it out to be nor the arthouse about turn other's have claimed it to be. Just seems like a slightly heavy-going response to the negativity poured on aspects of the first Joker with the abandoned idea of a Broadway show influencing matters. The rug-pull morality might work a bit better if the first film wasn't written as a standalone piece.
A lot of good stuff in it though - Leigh Gill (Gary Puddles) absolutely steals the show in the few minutes he's onscreen.
Ready Or Not - Girl meets boy, gets married then plays murderous hide and seek with her Satanic cult in-laws. Just the right amount of pacing, comedy, silliness and gore made all the better by the fact that Samara Weaving can give a really good scream queen scream.
