I love him in Hook as well, and his voicing of The Genie in Aladdin and Batty in Fern Gully were brilliant.

Going back to the Robin Williams films, the very first movie I saw with him and absolutely loved because I was a kid was Popeye. Kind of obscure but nostalgic for me. Anyone here seen Popeye?

I've just finished watching Unthinkable. It was decent enough, but I'm not a fan of movie titles being said by a character in the film, I tend to find it a bit cringeworthy.

There’s an episode of Family Guy where Peter gets excited when the movie title gets spoken and he gets all excited. I also like the one where the movie’s beginning and he keeps thinking he knows what it’ll be about only to realize it’s clip after clip of distributors and other companies before the movie starts .

Rio Bravo (1959)
A western starring John Wayne. Thought it was really good. 8/10

Watched it on a blu-ray that has a few extras on it, including a commentary track with none other than John Carpenter. Now I've never watched a film with a commentary track before, not once, but it's nice knowing it's there.

I’ve watched a few commentary tracks on movies I’ve seen a lot of times. I find them (usually) quite interesting. But why John Carpenter on Rio Bravo? I can’t say I’ve ever watched one with someone talking over it that doesn’t have anything to do with the movie in question.
