Last Film You Watched

Shutter Island - decent, not a particularly original concept but well executed.

1984 - Sheesh, possibly the bleakest, most depressing film I've ever seen. Horrible.

No way! I watched that last night. I loved it. A beautiful looking movie with good twists that keep going until the end.

I'm still trying to work out what his last line meant though.

Do The Right Thing.

I've never sat down and watched this before and finally did last night. It's a great film, which falls apart in the last half hour. It's the kind of film that really didn't need that kind of an ending. It's a film full of confidence, neat camera tricks and the perfect racial microcosm that reflects our everyday beliefs. They'd never be able to make this Film today, and if you grew up in the period you'll enjoy it.

Thought it was fairly average, although my problem was I worked it out pretty fast. Di caprio great as always.

Coming from Martin Scorsese I thought it was a fairly Bog Standard effort.

Kickboxer, when I had a lads night on me Todd... The Coors advert was on the next day, brought a tear to my eye so it did, hasn't aged well Mr van Damne.
