blundered through Superman Man of Steel. what a crock of shyte! Boring, no characterisation, stupid action you couldn't even follow, even stupider plot. And what is it with these modern Supermans where the Clark Kent character is exactly the same? Just shows how much skill Christopher Reeve had in how different he made Clark. Also the huge difference in charm & wit between Margot Kidder and this no-name blonde Lois Lane is really obvious.

Why are modern Hollywood action blockbusters now all so crap? They used to be at least entertaining.

'Faults' was pretty good - managed to appeal to my dark sense of humour whilst maintaining a creepiness (and with a naughty little twist at the end....) great performances too. The director said he was a fan of 'Dogtooth' and that was pretty evident in its absurdity. 10/10 WUD RECOMEND

Probably my favorite Clint western, just edging out The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

Other way round for me.
What I did notice was TOJW was a showcase for every minor actor whose face you know but whose name escapes you all playing their cameo / scene stealing part to perfection.
Like the snake oil seller etc.
no doubt many he knew from his time as a bit part player himself.

It is told that Producers went to James Coburn with A fist full of Dollars who told them being a 'big star' along the lines of...$20,000. I don't get out of bed for $20,000.
who will then
cue 2nd part of the actors progress...'try Clint Eastwood'
