I think that's probably true, because the hanks in the boardroom will never step aside for a reasonable valuation of their shares - they'll want to squeeze any prospective incoming owner/consortium, and it wont wash.
You cant expect new owners to pay for an inflated valuation of shares. They see what we see: a cabal of people who've sat and overseen the dilapidation of a football stadium and relied almost exclusively on sale of players, other assets and tv cash to stay in business.
