There's absolutely no chance of NYC making the next sector: even if they upped their conversion rate by 27%+ (let's be honest, very unlikely) they would be nowhere near the 51% they need to make it a majority at the byline. Since the crash of 1952 there have only been three occasions where a group has managed to increase their suitability to this extent. Think about it, it's almost impossible when you're in a situation where a) you don't know where the next distribution is coming from, and b) you have no options available to secure it whenever it may or may not occur. It's totally fanciful to assume that anything is going to happen at this point.
That's one way of looking atit

Everton isn't just a football club. Due to the stadium its a property development investment opportunity.

We shall see.

We do need to know where the money is actually coming from if the Yanks do take over.

Respect that you debate the topic. A few others could learn from your example of staying on topic.
Sorry mate, but take it from someone who works in the securities business in the EU, the absolute last thing you want to do is have the US involved in anything you do. There's one reason only to have your company listed on the NYSE and that is to raise capital. The regulatory requirements to get listed are mental. There's a reason 'reverse mergers' were all the rage in China in recent years - Chinese companies being 'taken over' by NYSE listed shell companies in order to bypass the requirements. Even if the potential new owners are American they will stay far, far away from making the shares publicly traded, especially on a US exchange.

So how would you raise the capital to build Everton a stadium?

This is the browns I know and love.

What's all this about the Chinese?
Hello mate I don't speak Mandarin but was hoping you could translate a paragraph for me?

Let's start with this:

Barkley and Deulofeu are about the same standard of player, neither of them will reach the top as they are just not good enough. I don't think either of them are good enough for Everton either, and we currently have a situation were someone is being picked based on the hype of their name. This needs to stop, and we need to replace Barkley with someone who is actually capable of scoring and creating goals on a regular basis.
