Which one is it? The first Noell?Charles Noell's phone number and email address is on the Internet if you fancied seeing how things are going...
State of the Experts in here.
Evertonians That.
Like Liverpool's? lolWhich is why I think any investor other than a sugar daddy will look to invest in clubs infrastructure ie. Stadium, training ground etc. You also have to take into account FFP.
So long as we get the new stadium that's all we can ask for right now. Anything extra in terms of big spending is a bonus. Like has been said both of the main fellas behind the consortium are in their 60/70's, we could be in for a 2nd takeover down the line which could be the one to push us on further.
“It is not a financial deal on its own, it is more about having the right custodian and having the right understanding about getting involved in our football club.
“It needs to be somebody who knows the history, knows the fans and knows what is needed.
“There is only one Evertonian who is capable of making that decision and that is our chairman.”
I tend to disagree mate. I feel there are at least one or two more that have expressed interest at the very least.Feel the talks are quite advanced tbh and the fee has probably already been agreed etc
Personally reckon the whole "other parties interested" thing has come from the club to hurry the deal along
I think that is what happened earlier on but I think none of them were concerete enough and this consortium are the ones pressing ahead with it.I tend to disagree mate. I feel there are at least one or two more that have expressed interest at the very least.
Patience.
My wish is that those in charge at Everton do the right thing by the Club, not their pockets.
Time will tell.I think that is what happened earlier on but I think none of them were concerete enough and this consortium are the ones pressing ahead with it.
Could be wrong though but guess we will see in feb
Actually once you have agreement from the Board to sell, you only need pick up another 7% of the shares which would give you 75%. Once you have 75% a scheme of arrangement gives you the remaining shares.
