@The Esk isn't it conceivable that the owners will not be required to be named other than the holding entity on the face if the Everton accounts depending on the "takeover" %, the number of participants and their % ownership of the takeover entity.
If none exceed 10% ownership of the club, don't have to declare under PL rules, therefore no point putting it in the accounts unless they wish to.
