If they have agreement of 75% or more of shareholders they can apply for a scheme of arrangement through the High Court to acquire the remaining shareholder's holdings. If they have 90% approval they have compulsory purchase rights.

I agree totally on this point. Assuming the deal is "done" then the announcement will be within days - no-one agrees something but does not publish/execute the transaction.

Could be just an admin issue, who knows. Compiling\Sending letters to minor shareholders etc. Im talking rubbish of course I have not got a clue

Could buy one that is being built, can't get keys before they put a door in.

If it's done, it's done, they'll choose when to announce it. Maybe looking at marketing or something first so they have something to go with? Stateside if I had to guess. You'd want to act as quick as.

Nah, they still post mate. They just got pulled up a couple of times - ironically, one of them who did post on here swore blind that Martinez was nailed on to be the Kopite boss.... then the Villa boss... errr.... They did the whole 'take it or leave it, it's my source, can't be right all the time, no wonder X in-the-know-poster doesn't post here anymore' etc etc. Then a few desperate sorts go 'ignore them mate, cheers for the info' and the whole sad cycle continues again.

In short, wait for Bill to be doing this

And you'll know it is a done deal.

Well whoever said it wasn't saying it on that forum because a good few on there made money when Martinez was appointed.

Haven't seen one of their sources post on here since it started up to be honest
