Supposing these Americans do come in as owners, I'd imagine there will be a overhaul of the structure, I doubt either will be versed in the art of running the playing side.

Could we see a technical director or something being appointed??

I think any football man with knowledge of Everton will see we are under performing on the pitch.

Another thing that hasn't been spoken about much, say we do beat City and qualify for a final can you see Kenwright handing over the keys in time for prospective new owners to take the adulation. I highly doubt it

Hahaha. I thought about that too ... in the grand scheme waiting until March to officially take ownership shouldn't be too much of an issue and would be a nice gesture from their side (I'm assuming of course they don't despise him for buggering up King's Dock like the rest of us).

Could you tell me what's good about it, please? Not saying you're wrong but I can't see how things are better.

They've spent hundreds of millions on dross, largely , and are mediocre.

I think they're doing a tremendous job off the pitch. Backed their management team financially, building assets and expansion, lending funds at 0% and even football wise they've recruited Klopp which has to be considered a coup.

Not sure what else you can expect from owners, the beauty for us is the footballing side of the business have proven excellent at blowing it all when the opportunity has been presented.
Exactly, the business side and football side are two worlds apart. We seem to be well above average on the football side of things, but our business side is abysmal. The owners can't really be faulted for the football men making bad decisions, apart from them choosing the football men. When it was clear it wasn't working with Rodgers, they got shut and got in a proven winner, which is more than Kenwright has ever done.

To attempt to take the pee out of someone who is an Evertonian you would accuse him of being a Kopite.

Bit like you saying KEIOC hiring numerous planes to fly banners over GP was Kopite behaviour only to do an ar$£ about face and applaud the person recently of doing the same in support of Kenwright with it must be said the clubs support.
When did I applaud the flying of the Kenwright banner over Goodison? In your own time love x

Fair enough, but I'm not at all close to what happens there at a business level.

Oh, I wouldn't say that. Moyes left Everton in a far better state than when he got here.

To be fair to Moyes what he did for us (using a bicycle analogy) is fitted our late 90's Everton model with a solid pair of stablisers- we were steady, but at the same time we weren't winning the Tour de France anytime soon.
Bobby has come in and tinkered with them, but has a irritating habit of taking one of them off every 2 to 3 games and we end up flat on our faces - see Stoke, Leicester etc.....

Are you lot forgetting that Roberto could talk a nun into bed? He's the best sweet talker in the land, he'll convince these Americans he's the man no problem.
