As much as they’re speculative rubbish, most predictions have us at 9th for next season.

Would you rather finish 9th and win a trophy (League Cup or FA Cup) - or 4th and no trophy?

For me it’s a pot all day long.

I voted 4th no cup. Tough tough choice but i believe the Champions League raises the club up more than one cup win. We really need a cup win soon though. Tbh catch me on a different day & my answer may be different.
Solid question.

To mix it up a bit @Woolverhampton_Blue would you rather:

1. Win a trophy but finish say 11th including getting battered in both derby games 3/4 nil

or

2. get knocked out of both cups early doors but finish 4th and doing the double over the RS in the season including a last minute winner at Anfield

???

Been too long without a cup, I would love our fans to experience a winning day at Wembley and then Europa league the following season. In some ways I would prefer the league Cup, we have never won it and if you do your season is a success by the end of February. Also semi finals are now only 1 game, instead of 2.

The highlight of me supporting this club is David Moyes taking us to the CL with Marcus Bent upfront and getting robbed by that corrupt bowling ball head.

Trophy please.

It depends on the trophy. I can't get excited about the League Cup. It'd be great on the day, but it would fade quickly and become a statistic.

Finishing 4th would mean a lot of good days over a long period and the prospect of more, so that's my pick.

Years ago I thought that I'd love to win the Charity Shield because we would've had to win the League or the FA Cup, when it was very big, to get there.
