He was doing really well for the under 21's, got injured but is back and training with the first team now.

Do yourselves a favour and do not even think of Rodriques until next season.
I expect that this is a season of acclimatisation at the club and the style of football as well as
building up the player physically to meet the demands of the premiership.
Next season we may have a better idea if we have a premiership player on our hands but not until then at the very earliest imo.
