Played 90 mins for the U21s tonight. Don't know if he was any good, like. But at the beginning of the season, when Leandro had just arrived, I was under the impression he was looking a reasonably capable and skillful footballer, only he was way off the stamina and fitness levels required. So, maybe an encouraging sign.

Mostly they go into the U21s so they get used to the "Everton way", not many teams in the Championship pass the ball from CB to CB for 90minutes.
What an incredible player, we've won every game he's played in this year AND when he plays we don't concede any goals. With him in the team , well even Howard could keep a clean sheet.

I'm just not a big fan of the u21's. I think playing proper competitive footy in front of big crowds, the press, and the cameras, is far more beneficial than playing in games that ultimately don't mean a lot in front of 3 men and a dog.
