The other point on that is Bamford - history suggests his form is not sustainable and he is on a hot spell, if that dries up they are in real real trouble

Pukki syndrome. Unknown striker in form, gets sussed out he'll be done. He's all left foot so that will be clocked on easy enough.

Although his hattrick the other week was quality.

Bamford will do just fine, the defending is far more of a problem. Interesting to see how they do when the likes of Phillips and Rodrigo return, and if Llorente can make an impact in defence

I didn;'t rate them, tbh. They were playing a very disjointed and plodding Everton and - though they were ok - I didn't think they were outstanding. An Everton team with a sensible formation and its two starting FBs has no problems with them. Leeds are comfortable with the ball at their feet but I dont see that much quality there.

They'll be bottom half of the table in the end.

They're the opposite of the typical promoted team. Usually they come up and don't do anything but defend and if they score that's a bonus. Leeds don't do anything but attack and stopping the other team is a bonus. So teams need to show up focused on going at them and going at their defenders who really aren't good enough for how much of an island they are left on. Leicester and the Kopites did it best.

They play an all or nothing system. If you have players who can get past 1 player, you basically get a shot off. We lacked the ruthlessness to suss this out and exploit it over and over. Other sides watching the videos will not make that mistake.

Damn, why didn't Everton think of watching a video ;-).

I watched the full game, was surprised how well Leeds played and for a low scoring game it was quite good.
No chance of relegation.
