Totally agree, had a similar experience, and also a brick hurled at the train I was on, on the way home smashed the window where I was sitting leaving myself and brother covered in glass. Horrible scummy fans.
On two separate occasions i have been attacked by Leeds yobs, have a seven inch scar on my arm from a stanley blade attack while in a chippy and a fractured cheekbone from a brick thrown at us. i would love them to go out of existence completely but i am a bit biased.
There was always some form of trouble when they came here and going to Elland Road was like going to the Victoria Ground etc. - always moody and scuffles.

I think I've mentioned it on here before but they came to Liverpool circa 1990 (late 80s maybe) because they weren't playing and Liverpool had Oxford in the cup.

The OSD knew they were coming and they got pinned in and leathered up and down Arkles Lane. 'Aim for their heads' was the order of the day, apparently.

They were much quieter after that when ever they came to the city. Maybe a fair few of them having a lengthy-ish stay in the Royal added to that.

Didn't really mind Leeds, but after watching last nights w***fest at Sky Sports over their promotion, I'm starting to change my mind on them.

Do hope Forest come up through the play offs though.

Big club who should be in the Premier League

Their 16 year absence is a cautionary tale that all should learn from

No one has a divine right to be in any league Mick, that's why they've been away from it for nearly two decades

There's a whole generation of fans who view Leeds as a League 1/Championship club because that's where they've been

;)
Last time there for a league match was in the seventies.
Will never forget the swarms of hooligans pouring down that hill from the estate behind the away end. Me and a couple of mates ended up getting chased around the greyhound track in the middle of said estate.
Early 80s ,Tuesday night game.
Role reversal from early afternoon.

Yorkshire geordies - who are geordie kopites - those rs fans, back in revie times, used to have reciprocal visits to each others pubs and social clubs
...by their friends shall ye know them.

16 seasons out is not enough penance for the deeds of those cowardly, cheating snides revie, giles, bremner.

Pleased for Bielsa though

I have had some cracking nights out in Leeds. People have been dead friendly and welcoming. It's just when you add football it all goes South.
I'm vaguely glad they're back but I won't be clamouring for tickets for Elland Road.
That said, how is the fixture computer going to ''randomly'' draw us away to a newly-promoted side if games are still being played behind closed doors?
