Legal Advice

Anyone on here can give me some legal advice in regards to not giving my details to some northern rail “revenue enforcer” ?

Anxiety overload here.

Possibly the one and only sensible answer you`ll get tonight.

If they " suspect " you`ve given a blag name or refuse to give any details at all, they have no power to force you to do so, but they normally call the Railway Police, who then arrest you under Sec 25 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act ( I used to work for a Solicitors ).

When recently caught fare dodging on the train, I gave the details of @Joey66 to the revenue enforcer, who promptly pulled the emergency cord, jumped off and was run over by a passing Inter City.

As a drunken teenager in a gang got boisterous on a train - someone alerted the railway's police who did get us off the train .... As for you @COYBL25
