Anyone on here can give me some legal advice in regards to not giving my details to some northern rail “revenue enforcer” ?

Anxiety overload here.

If we believe an an offence has been committed, and we have reasonable cause to believe that the poster who started this thread committed that offence, then I think we'll be able to get a court order to ask the owners of this site to provide contact details ( email ) and IP addresses for Sir Alan.

I'll pass this onto our legal folk tomorrow and I dare say they'll be in touch. Thanks to Sir Alan for the heads up on this.
