got Watford and the two home matches after this one.
like to see them go for it, come what may, against the Foxes.

I think it will be a similar game to tgd one at Goodison. They will have lots of possession and we will have to stay tight and defensive, hitting on the break.

With luck, they will a bit drained and we will be more together as a team than the last game. We have more of a squad to pick from now.

Would be a bit more confident if we looked like scoring more from open play. Of course id take every game as as scrappy 1-0 now but its unlikely we can do that. Few others have to chip in with Richarlison.
Cup final number 2 of 6.
This is our biggest issue imo, ‘strikers’. The RS have Mane, Salah, Jota, Diaz, Firminho and probably someone else I can’t think of. We have Richarlison, an up and down Gray, a permanently injured DCL, and an ageing Rondon. You could argue City have the same ‘problem’, I see loads of brilliant midfielders in their squad, but top class goalscorers? Not so many. e.g. bringing on Sterling last night, he wouldn’t have scored if they had played until midnight. They blundered massively in not getting Kane, imo.

Anyway, back to us, our midfielders rarely get into the box either, but I’ve noticed recently (the Chelsea game especially) we are definitely getting more bodies forward when in possession. I’m hopeful the goals will come, even this late in the day.

They have that mickey mouse cup this evening so we should be the fresher of the teams. Their result tonight won't matter too much, they have nothing to play for in the league so would probably like to see them beat to compound their miserable season before playing us on Sunday.

Random question here from a random site visitor, how likely is Holgate to continue starting? Cheers.
Good question. If I had my way I’d clone 10 Holgates and have them all play with DCL up front. Unfortunately no one on here knows a good player when they see one and also get angry at better looking younger men with fully function sex organs and tighter scrotums, so I am in the minority here.

dO WE WANT THEM TO WIN OR LOSE TONIGHT? oBVS, TO GO TO PENS, BUT WOULD WE RATHER THEM HAPPY OR SAD?

Grrr caps

I guess them losing may make their heads drop, or would it make them fight?

Win and they may be buzzing.

Proper dichotomy that!
Was just thinking the same thing.
If a loss makes them lose their shiz for rest of season then a full on match, extra time and then a blathering on pens should do the trick! oh and a couple of injuries for them too!
