DCL hasn't been doing the latter and that's what he needs to fix not the running about thing, Rondon can't do what I'm proposing effectively and Richie would deffo be better out wide against these.

Lukaku bangs them in wherever he goes, that's his job and he does it well. I imagine most coaches are more annoyed about his inability to shut his gob about the next transfer rather than him not "running the channels" enough. Nobody calls a sniper a lazy arse for lying down for 4 days as long as he pops the opposition General. Not everyone has to peg it about all the time, it's a football match not an ultra-marathon.
Aye but I'd also appreciate any desire to come into play, not just sit in the box and wait. None of the greats ever have done that, none will. You have to offer more to your team - Lukaku did that for us a lot, so when he didn't do it - it showed. Remember against Arsenal? Kept running at them, blowing by players, easy stuff.

We're asking DCL to hold up the ball or close down centre backs... and he's not. It's not about a marathon, it's about breaking into a jog ffs

Can change the formation though.
Yeah I think he will, formation, fresh tactics to suit this game.
After watching the breakdown on Monday night football and the analysis of what he has done in the last few games compared to his first 9 or 10, I think he has a much better idea now on what works for us.

Think a good opportunity will present itself to us this weekend, in as much as other results going our way, but we'll do an 'Everton' and mess it up. I still believe we will stay up though.

If Burnley lose to Villa and Leeds get beat by Arsenal, we can get out of the bottom 3 with a win, and we will probably stay out of it for the rest of the season.

It's entirely possible those three results happen: I dont fancy Burnley or Leeds this weekend and we have a gilt edged chance to grab the points at Leicester.
Why Dave? Seriously, why are you so determined for us to go down?
Hopefully unchanged team, just can't switch a team that just beat Chelsea, its not like there is any quality to bring in
Erm, Dominator?

Villa will bend over for Burnley just watch

You say this but if Burnley win they are only 3 points behind them and still have to play them again, then Villa play Liverpool midweak and City last game of the season, they could actualy get pulled into it, which would be amazing

The bookies have the draw as favorite but in the same article they also suggested a Burnley win and a Leeds defeat...

Correct Score: Leicester 1-1 Everton (Sky Bet odds: 5/1)

Leicester could well have bigger fish to fry than the league this season, which is why Brendan Rodgers has rotated his team so often of late, which has led to them failing to win in four Premier League matches.

There were signs before that winless run that, with injuries beginning to clear up, the Foxes were starting to look more like themselves, but with the amount of uncertainty, unfamiliarity and lack of motivation, performances domestically have dipped once again.

That should spell opportunity for relegation threatened Everton, who will be buoyed by last weeks win over Chelsea which moved them to within two points of safety with a game in hand.

However, away from home under Lampard, the Toffees have been simply woeful, losing six out of six by an aggregate scoreline of 17-4 and averaging a pitiful 0.89 xGF and 2.44 xGA per game.

That process simply isn't good enough to get results anywhere. If only they could replicate their home performances (1.05 xGF, 0.99 xGA per game) on their travels...

Their current away process won't be anywhere near enough to get a result here, but if they play 50% better than that level it could well be, given Leicester's struggles.

It goes without saying that Sunday's game at Leicester is massive, as is the Wednesday game at Watford. Irrespective of what others - Burnley and Leeds - do, we still have it in our hands. Lampard seems to have sussed that we need to get bodies behind the ball, and hit teams on the break. We can't afford to play with a high line though, and I hope we have 10 behind the ball, break with purpose and with good finishing we may well nick it.
