You hate them because you’re jealous they won the league, k.

theres a small element of that, its more the fact they wont the league while having them fan clappers (wools) and shouting when a keeper takes a corner that your sh*t aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh (wools)

How come Evans hasn't been playing, mate?

Classy defender.

I like Maguire but the World Cup has certainly seen him overhyped beyond belief.

He's always been decent on the ball - more than he was given credit for certainly - but his main fault for me is his tendency to switch off (saw it a lot v Liverpool).

As you said, pace against him is vital I think, purely because it gets your defence turned and we're a better counter-attacking side than we are a possession-based one.

Agree on Maddison, lad is very reminiscent of Barkley in 13/14.
Puel loves Morgan and the brief cameos that Evans has had haven’t been that great. Maguire has started the season a bit shaky but to be fair to him he game straight back in with no rest after the WC

Are you going to the game?

silva needs a win here after getting knocked out by that garbage on Tuesday

he loses this and goes into another break after our run our angry little fans will be all over it

said from day 1 needs time but still fuming about Southampton, who the fck plays stek in goal against a prem team

Fair enough!

And no pal, I'm working, although there's a good chance that will involve covering the game so should be able to watch it all.

Our fans are actually worse than those wools mate. We’d be the least deserving set of fans in the world if we ever won it.

Vardy by and large less effective when opposing teams sit deep. His England record shows that, much as I like the guy and would have been glad to see at Goodison years ago.

Ideally I'd play with 3 at the back and deep laying R & L wingbacks in Kenny/ Digne. Can we play well like that? Yes, in theory. But whilst we're still finding our feet it's probably not sensible. 4-4-2, shore up the defence, Sigs Walcott, Rico and I'd go Niasse to hit them on the break, Bernanrd / DCL / Tosun to come on and run channels and basically keep up a counter threat.

Picks
Coleman/Kenny - Keane - Zouma - Digne
Gana - Davies
Sigs
Theo - Niasse - Rico

For those travelling the pubs to avoid are The High cross, Market Tavern and the local hero. The counting house is probably the most away friendly

Don't really know how to call this one.

We'll more than likely revert back to the team vs Fulham and I'm thinking perhaps that an away game could actually be a good thing here. The atmosphere in Goodison was proper weird on Tuesday night, can't imagine what the players were thinking during that mad second half..

Leicester looking very handy right now though, I'll admit. Maddison looks to be a gamble that's paying off and fair play.

We’re actually not playing that great in all honesty. You’ll have chances that’s for sure. We have an annoying tendency to concede early on and then have to chase games

It's been our chance conversion that's really let us down recently mate. It clicked in the second half at Fulham after a moment of brilliance by Sigurdsson and we took complete control of the game after that. Without that kind of spark though we're just generally not industrious enough in the final third, despite some of the good football we are capable of playing at times.

In other words.. we are frustratingly inconsistent and have been for years!
