Exactly why I'm still positive Fellaini deal will still go through. It happened in the last hour when we got him from Liege. I think Man Utd will have to pony up that final £2-3m and we will see this go through in the £25-28m range.

Maybe they're thinking that we need the money to make our own signings and will accept a lower offer to give ourselves time to finalise deals now that Fellaini has reached the point of no return (transfer request). The Spanish window is open an hour later than ours, so they could have Herrera as a back up...another negotiating tool for them.

They are an hour ahead of us. Does it not shut there an hour before here?
 


If they are doing it correctly, they shouldn't be quoting a figure.

What they should be doing is letting them bid and we will tell them when they have reached an acceptable amount.

That way we will get £30m+ or he stays. Simple.
