My mate's Dad used to have a box and was good mates with Waggy so i used to be with him quite a lot at the match.

Top fella, funny as hell.

I'm not sure what happened with him at Everton but he's always seemed very set on doing his own thing and he always did a lot of scouting for clubs and wasn't just going to take the first academy role Everton offered.

I'm glad he's doing well and walking his own path but you're right he belongs at Everton.

That’s an interesting insight mate, maybe I’m being harsh on the club, loved Wagyy me, I’d love to see him closer to the club now, wasn’t he at Newcastle or somewhere.

True and who knows if the time continuum had slipped even slightly we might not have got one of the mankind's greatest photographs.

If aliens came down I'd be quite happy to show them this as first contact.

If they find it hilarious then we know they're a good bunch of lads.
Always baffles me how the panda somehow manages to look more human than Sharpy does in this. Almost as if someone has switched their brains around in some kind of cross-species experiment.

I think it kinda looks like he's been caught in a sting on "To catch a panda predator" and he's had his fun and he doesn't care.
He's gonna do the time with a smile on his face.

Leighton Baines...bossman, purveyor of standards, manager slayer, dead ball specialist, music man, photographer and all'round sound lad. If he doesn't stick around on the field, he should stick around at the club...maybe have his own weekly show where he can joke around at the training ground and be himself and do video and photo 'All Access'/media stuff on the sly or something with EITC. I dunno, I would just like to see him around the place in some capacity. I have a feeling he'll be done with football "proper", though. Which is perfectly fine and I wouldn't blame him. Job done, on to life.

Worth keeping him around just to fire people surely?

Possibly because he stayed with us, there were approaches for him but he remained through think and thin........LEGEND

There was one from approach from United...because Moyes had just taken up the manager's job there.

£25M-£26M he's been paid at Everton so far, in my estimation.

The wages we spend out on players to receive absolutely f.a. in return is shocking.
