Why is he so much maligned on here? Don't get it. He hasn't been in anyway responsible for nearly as many lost points in the 10years he's been 1st team, than Howard has in this season alone (now I fully appreciate that Howard's position makes him more liable and easier to attribute blame). For me, Ozzie has steadied a pretty [Poor language removed] shaky ship since he's come back into the side - no ?

Asked for his autograph once and he gave me dogs abuse and phoned the police

Once asked me for change outside lime street and then called me some really horrible things when I said I only had a note. Then spat at me.
It wasn't him, in the end, a homeless junkie it turned out to be. But you can see why I can't stand him

Actually what you generally find mate is that it's the same people hating on all our players, it's like a carousel of hate they ride.

I agree with moving everyone on that list on, but most of the older players seem to be defenders of defensive midfielders. I think it would be worthwhile hanging on to Osman, even giving him a start most games. Sure, he's infuriating but we tend to play better as a team when he's on the pitch.

I'd keep Osman (and Pienaar if he's not permanently crocked). We have very few players who can hold and screen the ball and lay it off.

Plenty that give the ball away or pass it off their shinnies though !
