Why people are jumping on Everton for looking out for themselves is beyond me. Would you rather we just stuck with the £8.5m and were forced to pay it even if he was struck down with some injury down the line ? Of course, that would fit the agenda of some, because then they could have a pop at Kenwright for buying him in the first place.

Everton are just being sensible and trying to get the best deal to cover the club financially, and given the amount of moaning people on here do about us not having any that seems rather sensible, if you get off Twitter and think about it for a second.

Think it stinks that so many are whining about us not just signing a player who the vast majority of us had never even heard of prior to yesterday afternoon. Get a grip.

Lad you dont know what the glitch is nor do you know what the initial payment structure was. So stop trying to make out everyone else is wrong.

I highly doubt Everton would be willing to take a risk on something that has shown up in a medical especially at £8.5m.

Just to clarify some things.

Fer had a meniscus operation a few months ago. A doctor removed some parts of the outer meniscus that was damaged. Fer was out for just over 2 months.

#Heerenveen confirm they have rejected an offer from #Twente for #Djuricic. FCT want him as replacement for #Fer if #EFC move goes ahead.


Already been stated they want this lad and Claudemir in to replace Fer with the money they get from the deal, so if a deal with us wasnt happening, or FC Twente didnt think it was, why are they bidding for the players they want to replace him?!.

Still think we will sign him and sign him before tomorrow nights game!.

just think what they would be like having Kenwright at the helm! same goes for Spurs, barcodes, Villa are furious at lerner etc. we just accept the same old year after year without complaint thats what winds me up.

That's the whole point of my post....

It seems rather clear that the medical issue is what's holding it up, seeing as it is being widely reported and by respected journos in both the UK and Holland. But yeah, i guess that could not be the issue. Monkeys could also have invisible wings.
