I think we all expected it with our past form. there is only so many times we can cry the victim card until people start to ask questions.
If i was buying a car from soneone there's no way i'd pay full price if i knew it had a problem. Club doing the right thing in trying to protect whatever money we pay out. People would blame BK for throwing away £8m if he turns out to be crocked in 12 months time. We're playing this one correctly and if they wont budge then we move on. They shouldn't expect to get the same deal for a lad with potential problems as they'd get for a player with a clean bill of health

Spot on, 8 million is alot for us and if he got a dodgy knee then the club are right, they want to pay the same deal, just based on apperances.

I had a shocking 2012 but wasn't that bad.cheers buddy , good to be back (hijack of thread but yea - i lost my auntie + step dad to cancer and my daughter was knocked over by a nutter jumping a red light and was pretty badly mashed up , all in the space of a week - which also just happened to also be my busiest week at work , halloween 2011 , and during my house being renovated and totally gutted.
it was total chaos to say the least. took 4 months to sort out house just in time for my daughter to come out of hospital , 12 months for daughter to recover fully , also had to keep my mum from going under from depression and the business from going under ..... but it took its toll on my relationship of 16 years . so i ended it and with my daughter moved out and started again from scratch in the past summer. found new love , got engaged , just found a house and moving in next week and married in 3 months. onwards and upwards as they say

This Twente chairman is a bit of a **** isnt he. Seems he doesnt understand the situation about a players long term fitness being in doubt. If it was the other way around he'd be begging for these extra clauses.
He just wants the best deal for his club mate, you can't blame him for that. Looks like he is willing to walk away to.
