I don't know why people are comparing him to Hargreaves, the lad is 22 first off, and the price tag doesn't matter, Gibson was 500k, 500k-8m, it doesn't matter if they're both injured.

We should have took the risk, oh well.

We all know money is tight, I for one dont want to spend any transfer kitty we have on someone who is currently looking a risk. It happens to every club in the league, I dont see the issue really.

No, we really shouldn't.

The first decent amount of money we have had to spend in ages, why on earth would we want to risk Â£8m worth on a player who could break down after a season and end up costing tens of thousands in medical bills on top of his wages ?

Just because other clubs take the risk on players doesn't mean we should or can afford to do so.
