I know its only youtube but looking at this clip, he's exactly the kind of player we need and have been lacking for a long time, someone who when they win or get the ball in midfield, it's there first instinct to want to drive forward with the ball into the attacking third!.

He looks a powerhouse and full of running, got pace and he can definitely pick a pass and get the odd goal too. Could end up a really good signing for us, hope we get it sorted out sooner rather than later!.

Will this guy who is cloes to the Twente chairman who has released this court case info, not be doing his friend's legs by releasing this before the deal is done, it just makes no sense for them to disclose it now if Everton didn't know about it and if they did then the fact we are going ahead with it means it nothing to worry about.

Truth is Fer's probably got a release clause in his contract, We've activated it and twente fans aren't happy at the chairman, Chairman tries to create a 'reason' for selling him, And hopefully puts everton off.
