Allan VDB Doucoure
Townsend DCL (Gray or Gordon)

Not because I think that is a great team but instead a solid team.
Townsend is a very disciplined player who will help defensively.
I think it unfair to drop inexperienced young lads like Patterson and Branthwaite into a team low in confidence and playing badly.

A team to possibly stop losing games rather than one to win them.

Richarlison could obviously be included as well but I don't think he is going well at the moment.

Only we would sign a reserve right back from Scotland when a ready made replacement for Seamus has been needed all season.

£60+ million spent on three players in January and not one of tgem ready to join the relegation fight.

Branthwaite not ready to be thrown in the deep end. If he was more exposed to first team football then I’d have him in there ahead of Holgate. Allan has not offered enough defensive of late and has been awful breaking the play up. We need goals too so Alli ahead of him. Regardless, it’s a thankless task for Lampard. Patterson and Mykolenko simply cannot be any worse than Jonjoe and Coleman
