Apart from my immediate family, all of my relations live in Glasgow. To try to suggest that there is some form of equivalency between the toxic and corrosive sectarian bearpit that is Glaswegian football and what goes on in Liverpool is like Trump saying there were "fine people" on both sides of the Charlottesville protests. Every single member of my family has stopped going to the football in Glasgow because they are sick of the incessant poisonous chanting, fighting and fear. A tattoo that is a bit like our rivals football chant is not even vaguely like an old firm player having a sectarian message tattoo. Not even close.
 

Everton have signed former Liverpool players in the past and we've just had Sammy Lee on the books so I don't really see the problem with signing a player that has a few words tattooed on his chest that are more than likely nothing to do with Liverpool. Probably just a coincidence.
If someone finds photos of him in a liverpool shirt as a kid in the Kop then it's a bit different but we've had Beardsley, Sheedy and Ablett among others that have worn red before signing for Everton. Get over it and get behind him.

My favorite Pink Floyd song is Fearless. Unfortunate, yes, but even the lads supported Arsenal, so clearly it wasn't a Liverpool thing for them.

I'll let Monsieur Digne slide on this one.

I wull give him a chance. My point is solid though: he doesn't perform for a spell and he's right under the cosh from fans. He just will and there's no point in denying it.
